• 1 small (about 2-lb) cantaloupe, halved crosswise, seeded, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
• 8 thin slices of prosciutto

As you peel each thin piece of prosciutto from the stack, you may remove a little of the extra fat. Gently wrap each piece of cantaloupe with a slice of the ham. Serve cold.
