Recipe by Jahnaya Rebarcak, DC, CFMP
• 1 c almond butter (thicker the better)
• ¾ c toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
• ¼ c cacao
• 1 Tbsp grass fed beef collagen powder
• 1/2 tsp sea salt
• 3 Tbsp raw honey
• 2 Tbsp chia seeds
• 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
• Dark chocolate chips, nuts, dried fruit, etc
Combine all ingredients well. Chill for an hour. Roll into bite size balls and enjoy!
Store in the fridge.
