- 1 lb. radishes
- 4 garlic scapes or about 6 large cloves of garlic
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 1 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste
- Serving options: crudités, crackers, pita points, or crackers.
Roughly chop radishes and garlic scapes or garlic cloves. Blend cashews and water in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend to desired texture. Serve with crudités, crackers, pita points, or crackers.
