SHOP – Students Helping Our Peers

Founded in 2011 by Iowa State students in the Food Science and Human Nutrition learning community, The SHOP works to combat food insecurity on campus. Its mission is to raise hunger awareness and improve food security by providing free, confidential access to non-perishable food and personal care items for ISU students. Supported by volunteers and community donations, The SHOP continues to build partnerships to better serve students and reduce hunger.
