Learn how to make the simple and versatile German pasta in this hands-on class!

Spaetzle is a small, soft dumpling/pasta that originates in the regions of Germany, Austria, Hungary, and Switzerland. Tasting a lot like fresh pasta—Spaetzle is ridiculously easy to make since there’s no shaping. It manages to be both dumplings and noodles at once, and can be enjoyed with cheese, herbs, bacon and vegetables or your favorite sauce. For this class we’ll form teams of four and work together to create this simple but delicious Scandinavian dish. Plus, you’ll have plenty to take home with you.
