Learn to make basic wheat focaccia bread for the home kitchen. Focaccia offers a delicious homemade bread option with opportunity for creative flavorings. This class will demonstrate fundamentals of yeasted pre-ferments, wetter dough handling, and other artisan bread techniques to increase bakers’ skills, versatility and confidence.  Different flavoring ideas will be discussed and sampled.
