Class: Plant-Based Regional Italian Cuisine

Join David Thompson, Dimitri Wine & Spirits, to explore Lombardy and Veneto, in addition to Marche and Apulia and their vegan regional cuisines and demonstrate how to convert recipes to plant-based. He will also taste the wines that have a symbiotic relationship with these regional dishes and discuss pairing wines with vegan cuisine.
