Class: Let’s Fall for Cheese

In this class, Becky will celebrate cheese in three unique ways. First, she will show you how to make the easy and fun frico (cheese crisp). Second, her garlicky and cheesy croutons are sure to be a family-pleaser. Third, Becky uses cheese (and another “secret” cooking technique) to add depth of flavor to her favorite tomato and bean soup. Let’s get cheesy!
