Gnocchi has a reputation for being too fancy and complicated for the home kitchen, however many pre-packaged gnocchi (and, frankly, many restaurant gnocchi dishes) continue to disappoint.  Becky will explore potato gnocchi with you, showing you how easy they are to make and how light, tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth they can be.  Learn how to make her “Potato Gnocchi” with a simple browned butter and sage sauce.
