We’ll revisit a classic comfort food that’s also very thrifty! Welsh Rarebit was traditionally a great way to use up leftover bits of cheese and the end of the loaf slices of stale bread for a quick supper. Connie will share the technique for thickening the cheese into a tasty topping and then try it with a few modern twists for a fun comparison.
