Mary will share a delicious collection of recipes to make a memorable Valentine (or any special occasion) meal. She will start with a savory ricotta torte, a salad composed of mixed greens, roasted beets and a honey-Dijon vinaigrette, a not-too-sweet pumpkin bread and for dessert, baked meringues with blueberry sauce.
