Becky loves to feature eggs in many of her meals and has spent a lot of time experimenting with recipes and cooking techniques.  She will share tips and tricks to poaching, soft-boiling, and soft-scrambling.  Recipes will focus on egg sandwiches with Becky showing you how to make homemade Aioli and an easy Hollandaise sauce for Eggs Benedict! Not a hands on class.
