Erin will teach us the fundamentals of making a delicious wine cocktails. We will try several summer options featuring Iowa wines. Then class will get a little hands-on and in small groups participants will create a cocktail to sample with the entire class. Erin will include winter wine cocktail recipes like mulled wine and something special for Thanksgiving.
