Most veggie burgers have a bad reputation of being dry, flavorless, sorry-substitutes-for-a-hamburger. But not Becky’s burgers! These recipes celebrate all the colors, textures and tastes of the various fresh ingredients from which they are prepared. We will explore a few different flavors in our burgers with many types of veggies, using some key ingredients and cooking techniques to produce burgers good enough to please vegetarians and meat-eaters alike.
