Becky and her husband have a tradition of avoiding the crowds and cooking together at home for Valentine’s Day. While not always difficult, the menu definitely includes some special touches. This year, Becky will prepare “Ricotta-Stuffed Crepes with Pesto and Marinara,” “Fried Garlic Bread,” and a simple salad with “Creamy Italian Dressing.” She’ll complete the meal with her easy, make-ahead “Boozy Chocolate Mousse.”
