Class: The Fermented Kitchen Course #3

Come learn to how to grow and care for your very own SCOBY – the base of Kombucha – as well as how to make Kombucha tea. During the class you will learn fermentation and carbonation techniques. We will be exploring what Kombucha is, how to make and maintain it, and the health benefits of having it as part of your general diet. We will also be sampling a variety of other fermented beverages; Aronia and Honey Soda, Ginger Beer, and Sweet Potato Fly. At the end of the class you will walk away with a small culture of Kombucha ready to grow for you forever!
