Join Wheatsfield’s Bread Baker, Nate Kemperman, for his basic “how to class” on making sourdough at home. Nate will demonstrate and explain an entire sourdough making process, including plenty of tasty samples from Co-op made bread. Attendees will go home with their own starter “Mama” along with care and feeding instructions. This much requested class will be perfect for beginners and advanced bakers alike! Note: not a hands on class.
