Keep your energy level high and your muscles strong this summer with our top selling protein powders – whether your working in the yard, spending the day at the lake or training for a marathon.

Tera’s Whey (vanilla, chocolate, or plain):

Organic and non-organic options. Organic whey is a highly bioavailable form of protein, great to re-build muscle after weightlifting or a workout. Sourced from pasture-grazed cows raised on small family farms. Gluten-free, non-gmo, no sugars added. Whey protein is one of the smoothest and tastiest protein powders, and mixes easily with water, milk, or a dairy free beverage. (See our delicious Orange Julius recipe below).

Garden of Life Protein (vanilla or chocolate):

An organic and vegan plant-based blend of 14 grains, seeds and legumes, plus probiotics and enzymes. Non-GMO certified, this is a clean, zero sugar, great tasting protein that mixes easily in a shaker bottle for easy use at the gym or on the go.

Ancient Nutrition Bone Broth Protein (vanilla, chocolate, unflavored):

Made from the newest superfood– bone broth, but in a convenient powdered form. Paleo friendly, gluten-free, and great for those who can’t tolerate dairy, egg, grains, or nuts. Naturally occurring collagen and glucosamine for healthy skin, hair and nails, joint health, and digestive health! Have you tried the NEW keto friendly Keto-Protein? Growing Naturals Pea Protein (plain, chocolate):

Unflavored pea protein is a great choice for those with allergies to milk, soy, nuts, gluten, etc. Our pea protein is gluten free, no sugar and non-GMO. This is your ‘plain Jane’ protein, meaning it lends itself well to smoothies where you can make endless flavor variations with add- ins like blueberries/ banana/chocolate almond milk, or spinach/strawberries/ banana/coconut milk. Pea protein works well as a protein booster in baked goods, oatmeal, and pancakes too. (See my Anti-Inflammatory Green Smoothie recipe below).

Plant Fusion Plant Protein (natural):

Another plant-based protein that blends pea, artichoke, amaranth and quinoa proteins. Free of all the common allergens, this pea/grain blend is a complete protein due to the variety of proteins used. We like that this brand manufactures its own protein in an organic certified facility in the US.
