You’ll leave with practical knowledge\, helpful tips\, and the confidence to cook shrimp successfully in your own kitchen. \nMeet the Instructor! \nSarah Kimle is originally from rural New Hampshire and chose a career in agriculture because of her love of food\, gaining early experience working on small\, diversified farm operations before studying at Iowa State University. Her career has centered on agricultural business and community impact\, including work with Lutheran Services of Iowa’s Global Greens program\, where she helped refugees build and manage their own farm operations.
