Class: Gluten-Free Desserts

No one will miss the gluten in these two desserts, perfect for the upcoming holidays or for your next birthday party. First Susan will make a chocolate cake using cooked quinoa as the base – it’s nutritious and very satisfying. Susan’s second recipe is a carrot cake which is naturally sweetened and also happens to be vegan! She’ll share her experience developing a gluten free flour blend and talk about how she adapts other recipes to being vegan and/or gluten-free.
